Our commitment is to ensure the greatest level of transparency possible with your healthcare bill, thereby avoiding any surprises in your billing process. Solid, upfront communication is key to ensuring that you have a positive patient experience from your first visit until your final bill is paid. Listed below are instructions on how to obtain price estimates as well as charges for some of our more common procedures.
Keep in mind that the charges listed here are very different from (and do not predict) the out-of-pocket costs that patients might pay for medical services and procedures. The prices listed are the contracted rates for commercial health insurance companies and the Medicare/Medicaid fee schedule (sometimes compared to automobile sticker prices). The information provided on this website is a best estimate and is not a guarantee of what you will be charged. Based on your unique medical condition and medical needs as determined by your physician, the actual charges will be either lower or higher than the estimates on this website. The actual charges will depend upon a variety of factors such as:
- The length of time spent in surgery or recovery
- The number of days spent in the hospital
- Specific equipment
- Supplies and medications required
- Additional tests required by your physician
- And/or any unusual special care or unexpected conditions or complications
These estimates do not include any physician charges (e.g. office visit, surgeon, anesthesiologist, emergency room physician, radiologist, pathologist, consulting physicians, etc.). If you have insurance, your benefits will ultimately determine the amount you owe (including deductibles, co-pay, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket maximums).
We highly encourage you to contact our billing department prior to your appointment for services or procedures. This helps you become fully aware of what expenses may be incurred during your healthcare experience and what payment options are available to you. Our billing staff can help evaluate and calculate actual out-of-pocket expenses.
To obtain a price estimate, please send an email to email@example.com with the name of the procedure that you are inquiring about and the CPT code if you know it. Please include your phone number and the time of day you wish to be contacted and one of our representatives will respond within one business day.
